Medical Oncologist specialized in Uro-Oncology.
Graduated in Medicine from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, he trained as a medical Oncology specialist at Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau.
Further trained in high-dose chemotherapy intensification for solid neoplasms at Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Center in Detroit, Michigan (USA).
Back at Hospital Sant Pau, he works as associate physician in the Medical Oncology Service, subspecializing in Uro-Oncology.
Currently, he is clinical head of the Medical Oncology Service at Hospital Sant Pau and clinical lead of the genitourinary tumors area.
He has participated as principal investigator in over 100 clinical trials from Phase I to IV.
Associate professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
He provides patient care in the private sector at Hospital Universitari Sagrat Cor, specializing in the genitourinary area within a multidisciplinary committee.
